We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return FOR EXCHANGE OR RESIZING. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at elisakatelier@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address we provide the same shipping way we have delivered originaly - choosing DDP shipment is required outside EU!!!

If your return is accepted, we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and custom made products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
ALL DESIGNS LISTED IN OUR GALLERY/SHOP ARE PROTOTYPE DESIGNS- NOT READY  STOCK  PRODUCTS, ORDERS ARE CREATED FROM SCRATCH-CUT AND CREATED AFTER CUSTOMER REQUEST ON SIZE  AND VARIATIONS IS CHOSEN TO BE CREATED THEREFOR
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN ANY CASE !!!
